Location & Accessibility

  • The Warehouse is located in Zaventem, close to Brussels and Brussels Airport. Its central location makes the venue easily accessible for both local and international guests.

  • Yes, Zaventem station is within walking distance (±10 minutes) and offers direct connections to Brussels, Antwerp, and other major cities in Belgium. Quick connections via Uber or taxi are also always available.

  • Yes. Parking is available around The Warehouse and the Quartier Papier parking will also be available, making the venue easily accessible for guests arriving by car.

Rooms & Capacity

  • The Warehouse offers more than 970 m² of event space across two floors and can accommodate events of up to approximately 680 guests, depending on the chosen spaces and setup.

  • Our venue is ideal for all types of business-to-business (B2B) meetings:

  • The Warehouse combines the authentic industrial character of the former Papeterie de Saventhem with the flexibility of a modern event venue. Original brickwork, industrial architecture and generous open spaces give every event a distinctive atmosphere.

  • Yes. One of the main strengths of The Warehouse is its flexibility. The different spaces can be used individually or combined, allowing the layout and flow of the venue to be adapted to your event programme.

Technology & Facilities

  • Yes, all our rooms are equipped with high-quality AV facilities. If additional technical support is required, we work with our trusted partner Bluemoon.

  • We provide a fast and stable Wi-Fi network throughout the entire venue. In certain rooms, a wired internet connection is also available upon request for maximum reliability. We partner with Eurofiber, providing a dedicated fiber line with speeds of 200 MB.

  • Yes, through our technical partner we can support hybrid events and livestreaming. We also have a fully equipped studio to offer this professionally.

Catering

  • Yes, we work with 7 fixed catering partners. As a client, you are free to choose the partner that best fits your event.

  • An external caterer is only allowed if they collaborate with one of our fixed catering partners.

  • Our seminar packages are flexible and fully customizable to your needs. They typically include high-quality cold lunches and dishes, ideal for professional meetings and seminars in Zaventem, the Brussels region, and the airport area.
    If breakfast and/or lunch needs to be provided, we organize this ourselves for groups of up to 80 people.

  • Yes, we are happy to organize a tour so you can discover the spaces and possibilities.

  • Yes, for professional event support, we work with Eline from Fincq Events. She will be happy to assist you with both the practical and creative planning of your event.
